Description
The Prodigy from Springfield Armory takes the proven 1911 platform and enhances it with a double-stack design and performance-driven feature set. Built around a compact slide assembly, this Prodigy variant pairs a 3.5-inch bull barrel with a full-length grip module. A recontoured hammer and shortened beavertail complement the configuration, while two included 18-round magazines provide generous onboard capacity. Optics-ready with an ambidextrous safety and Picatinny rail, the Prodigy combines the most beloved characteristics of the 1911 with modern features that shooters demand.
