General Return Policy
At B&C Firearm Sales, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of the products we sell and applicable federal, state, and local laws, certain items are subject to restrictions regarding returns and exchanges.
By making a purchase from B&C Firearm Sales, LLC, you agree to the following Return Policy.
General Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for eligible merchandise that:
- Was purchased directly from B&C Firearm Sales, LLC.
- Is returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact B&C Firearm Sales, LLC to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if applicable.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Firearms that have been transferred to the purchaser.
- Ammunition.
- Gunpowder, primers, or other hazardous materials.
- Reloading components that have been opened.
- Used firearm parts.
- Installed firearm accessories.
- Special-order or custom-order products.
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products showing signs of use, installation, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Firearm Returns
Firearms are heavily regulated and generally cannot be returned once the transfer has been completed.
Customers should carefully inspect any firearm at their transferring Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer before completing ATF paperwork and taking possession.
If a firearm arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify both the transferring FFL dealer and B&C Firearm Sales, LLC immediately.
- Do not complete the transfer if instructed by our staff.
- We will work with the manufacturer or distributor to resolve the issue.
Firearms refused after a completed transfer are subject to applicable laws and manufacturer policies.
Ammunition Sales
For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are final.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on ammunition except where required by law or if the wrong product was shipped by B&C Firearm Sales, LLC.
Defective Products
Products believed to be defective may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photographs or other documentation.
- Depending on the product, we may assist with warranty claims or provide replacement options at our discretion.
Many manufacturers require warranty claims to be submitted directly to them.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Missing items, or
- Containing incorrect merchandise,
please notify B&C Firearm Sales, LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials, as they may be required for shipping claims.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to process a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for:
- The same item,
- A comparable item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit.
Price differences may apply.
Refunds
After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to:
- Our shipping error,
- A defective product,
- Or another issue for which B&C Firearm Sales, LLC is responsible,
customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned merchandise.
B&C Firearm Sales, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy.
Special-order items may not be canceled once processing has begun.
Other Info
Manufacturer Warranties
- Many products sold by B&C Firearm Sales, LLC are covered by manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures are determined solely by the manufacturer.
- B&C Firearm Sales, LLC does not extend additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
Fraud Prevention
B&C Firearm Sales, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
Policy Changes
B&C Firearm Sales, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction unless otherwise required by law.
